FREE "Memory" Sept 9 and 10

I'm a musician and former journalist who was moved to write The Memory Songbook after witnessing so many baby boomers (and other generations) who are (or will be) assisting aging parents suffering from memory loss caused by Alzheimer's.  My own mother was swept away by time and fading memory.

The Memory Songbook  begins as a novel about youth, first love and music, and then becomes a story about a unique way we can hold onto youth and memory as we age.

The Memory Songbook shifts between the winter and summer of a singer-songwriter:  At 17 Frank doesn't think he has a past; at 50 he doubts he has a future.  Both discover new realms and possibilities by helping elders explore seminal life experiences through song.
