The survivors of Legends of Windemere: Prodigy of Rainbow Tower are back and looking for a place to nurse their wounds. Holding the same level of humor, action, and drama as the first two books of the series, Legends of Windemere: Allure of the Gypsies will delve into the secrets that Luke Callindor has been hiding since the beginning.

After the deaths and betrayals on the L’Dandrin River, Luke and Nyx decide to visit the town of Haven. Waiting for them in Haven is the family and friends that Luke left behind to become a hero.  It is a short and awkward reunion when the Lich and Trinity recruit a vampiric necrocaster named Kalam. This deadly enemy is enough to push Nyx to her limits and cause a disaster that will leave Luke forever changed. The only way to repair the damage is for Luke and Nyx to break into the mountain lair of Kalam and escape with his legendary spellbook.

While Luke and Nyx face new challenges in Haven, a new hero is emerging.  Sari is a cunning and fun-loving gypsy, who has found herself in the clutches of Trinity.  Now a prisoner of Kalam, she patiently waits for an opportunity to escape.  Little does she know that an old friend is about to rescue her and set her on a dangerous path. Although, the sight of one young half-elven warrior named Luke Callindor is enough to make Sari think the danger is worth the risk.

Sari brings a positive energy to the series because she is a flirty, carefree spirit even though she has been put through several traumatic events.  She differs a lot from Luke and Nyx in that she is more interested in having fun than fighting.  Through her, the other characters will start getting smoother edges and look at their lives as more than a battle against evil.  Sari also brings about a lot of sexual innuendo and flirting that causes the more reserved characters to get flustered.

The third book of this series is where many of the earlier subplots at closed and the main story of Legends of Windemere begins.  The true destiny of our heroes is revealed and the villains that they must face step out of the shadows.
